Crowdcube is the largest equity crowdfunding platform in Europe. It has more than 625,000 registered users that have invested more than 500 million British Pounds. It is registered in England and Wales.

The company grew 48% in 2017, making investments in not only England and Wales, but also in other European companies and one company based in United States.


Seedrs - Crowfunding Platform

Seedrs is another large crowdfunding platform based in Britain. The company recently announced a strategic partnership with Republic, a leading U.S. equity crowdfunding platform and sister company of AngelList.

Seedrs was the first equity crowdfunding platform to receive regulatory approval from the Financial Conduct Authority in 2012.

The company has funded more than 700 projects with more than £475M.


Companisto - P2P Investments

Companisto is a German equity crowdfunding platform. With over 91,000 investors, Companisto is market leading in Germany.

It has raised more than 54M Euro in investments.


Seedmatch - P2P Investments

Seedmatch is another large player on the German crowdfunding scene.

The company focuses on scalable business models and innovations from various industries including B2C and sustainability. 117 start-ups have financed through Seedmatch. The platform has roughly 60,000 users that has invested more than 40M Euro.

Equity shares start at €250 for an individual portfolio.


Pepins - P2P Investments

Pepins is a Swedish equity crowdfunding platform. It focuses on Swedish start-ups and existing companies. The platform has more than 25,000 users with an invested capital of roughly 82M Euro (November 2018).

The company finances are transparent and easily accessible. The website is, however, in Swedish only.


Invesdor - P2P Investments

Invesdor is based in Helsinki, Finland. The company was founded in May 2012 and has since then invested more than 61M Euro in different businesses. The platform has more than 34,000 registered users and is the largest player on the Nordic scene.
